Shipping and Delivery

All items are shipped by USPS within 2 days of placing order.

Domestic orders (within U.S.)  $15 flat rate for items under $300 (unless overnight shipment is requested.)  Allow up to 3 days for shipments.  We will send tracking numbers by mail or text.  Additional insurance may be suggested for more expensive pieces. 

International orders    $25 flat rate

The customer is asked to pay (in full) any customs duties or taxes applied to the shipment. 

Shipping Policy

RESTYLE is not responsible for shipping loss or theft. We are happy to insure items over $300. Please confirm in advance that you’d prefer signing for your item. Otherwise, all shipments will be left at the physical address entered.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you believe you have a valid reason to return your item contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. If RESTYLE determines that your item is eligible for return the process must  begin within 48 hours of receipt of purchase with a dated email explaining the cause.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) Paypal

Your credit card will be charged in US dollars when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. All transactions are charged in US dollars. 

RESTYLE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or your local postal service. We are not responsible for any lost packages under any circumstances. If you have concerns you must request full insurance coverage or it is your sole responsibility to accept the loss. NO EXCEPTIONS. Unless insurance is requested for the full value, lost packages will not be reimbursed. If you provide the wrong address or move or are not there to pick up the package and it is lost subsequently - we cannot reimburse your shipping or order costs. If you do request insurance and an item is lost you will be reimbursed once the claim has been processed and monies are received by RESTYLE.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy as we do our own and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Your contact/email info will not be distributed. If you'd like to be removed from our list, just let us know.
